Yoga and meditation is an incredibly beneficial way to unwind from a stressful day, to get geared up for a busy day ahead, and to use as part of the healing process if you are challenged with any kind of health issue. With extensive training in several healing modalities, my classes are crafted specifically for you to meet you needs and interests.
Using Skype or Google Hangout, I can provide this service to individuals and small groups. All you need is an internet connection and a camera that allows you to do video chats. (This is now a standard feature on most laptops and tablets.) After the session, I will send you the sequence of postures as well as the meditation notes.

Donald has been a personal trainer to high performing athletes around the world. He has trained Ironman participants, Marines, Navy Seaman, and College athletes. He trains others to know that physical potential is unlimited. To sustain this state physical ability, he trains in internal martial arts, meditation, and yoga asana. Having also studied Sanskrit, he can better relate the ancient concepts not commonly understood in modern yoga practice. He is well read in both the western and eastern classics and has studied theology and and philosophy, especially Essene Judaism, Catholicism, Hinduism, and Transcendentalism. He works as a tutor for students wishing to attend top-tier schools and spends his free time trail running the mountains of Colorado.
