Yoga and meditation is an incredibly beneficial way to unwind from a stressful day, to get geared up for a busy day ahead, and to use as part of the healing process if you are challenged with any kind of health issue. With extensive training in therapeutics, my classes are crafted specifically for you to meet you needs and interests.
Using Skype or Google Hangout, I can provide this service to individuals and small groups. All you need is an internet connection and a camera that allows you to do video chats. (This is now a standard feature on most laptops and tablets.) After the session, I will send you the sequence of postures as well as the meditation notes.
